For today’s 4-6pm Twitter tasting, I’ve made arrangements with Jim Demetriades to conduct the tasting at his restaurant, The Rafters, one of three restaurants at his newly refurbished Sierra Nevada Resort. He asked Executive Chef Kerry Mechler to come up with a menu to pair with the wines–and what a menu it is! I am sooo excited!
Follow the action on Twitter by checking out the hashtag #StevenKentWines and, if you have a Twitter account, follow me @Art Predator, and join the conversation with twenty or so other bloggers across the country, all posting photos and tasting notes. Steven Mirassou will also be on hand–or on Twitter!–to answer questions and talk about the wines.
