Don & Sons Uses TastingRoom.Com’s Cute Tiny Bottles for Twitter Tasting

This afternoon, Friday November 30, 2012 from 4:00 - 5:30 (Pacific Standard Time or from 7:00 – 8:30 Eastern Standard Time), you’re invited to join me and 20 other wine bloggers for a Don Sebastiani & Sons Appellation Brands Virtual (Twitter) Tasting hosted by winemaker Greg Kitchens and Donny Sebastiani.

You can follow along the conversation or join in on http://donandsons.com/tweetlive.php. There will be a live video and audio stream from Sonoma California where we will focus on the following wines:

·         Don & Sons 2010 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

·         B Side 2010 Napa Valley Red Wine Blend

·         B Side 2010 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

·         Aquinas 2009 Napa Valley Red Wine Blend

·         Project Paso 2010 Paso Robles Red Wine Blend

·         The Crusher 2011 Clarksburg Petite SirahA8_Nyq8CYAAqdQJ

Instead of sending us 6 full size bottles, we each received a special tasting kit of six 50ml bottles from TastingRoom.Com. Fortunately, I already have a full size bottle of the Don & Sons Pinot Noir that I received at the 2012 Wine Bloggers Conferences in Portland in August–fortunately because I already know that’s a wonderful wine having tasted it recently in LA with other double gold winners from the San Francisco International Wine Competition.

I also have samples of six other wines from  Tasting Room.Com–all in these cute little 50 ml bottles. This is a set of 6 wines ideal to pair with food.

Stay tuned for notes of how the wines taste!
